Description:

This script provides the user a way to check some errors on RBEs.

Among other functionality, it will check for and fix the following NASTRAN f06 error:

 *** USER FATAL MESSAGE 5289 (WRGMTS)
     AN MPC OR RIGID ELEMENT BULK DATA ENTRY WITH DEPENDENT DEGREE-OF-FREEDOM GRID ID =       x AND COMPONENT = x
     IS ALSO SPECIFIED AS AN INDEPENDENT DEGREE-OF-FREEDOM.
